FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)

*What is the BizDeal?
It is our new site, www.BizDeal.biz . We know it can be hard running your small "BIZ"ness. The cost of everything is rising; fuel, electricity, pricing from manufacturers, and the shipping industry has been turned upside down with the latest round of increases. Well, we are here to offer some relief to small business owners across this great country.

*Hey, great deal on the BizDeal of the day, but is it new or used?
We only sell NEW items, and no plans to sell used products. If for some totally wacked reason we decide to sell a used item, we will make sure it is posted where there will be no question of the condition of the item. Otherwise, consider it NEW.

*You really only sell one product line at a time?
Yup, Each day we will offer one (1) "BIZ"ness related product at deep discount prices. Every day (Monday - Friday) at about 9:00am EST we will list a new product on our site. The deal ends and another starts at approx. 9:00am EST, or when the item sells out. Once it's gone. it's gone.

*How can I be sure you really are offering the best possible price?
We will scour the internet, far and wide to find the lowest possible price, and then, .... we will beat it! If you find it cheaper anywhere else, if it can be confirmed, we will do our very best to mark down the price on our site so that all visitors will reap the rewards of your sleuth work.

*What do you sell?
Our focus will be mostly on, but not limited to, the packaging products that you use daily to protect your products in storage and shipping. Some items will include, Bubble Mailers, Boxes, Bubble Wrap, Packaging Tapes, Foam, Tape Dispensers, Packing Peanuts, just to name a few.

*Hey, I really want a ..... can you get it for me?
We also hope to be able to offer other "BIZ"ness related products to you in the future. Be sure to let us know what you would like to see added as a BizDeal of the day and we will do our best to list that item in the future. At the bottom right of any post on our blog, there is a comment link, click it and share your thoughts with us, and the entire BizDeal community.

*How will you ship my order?
Most products ship by ground delivery and may take 1-6 business days for delivery. We reserve the right to ship via our carrier of choice, which may include, but not limited to UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or Freight. Most orders ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. All packages are insured at no additional cost to you, and an email will be sent to you within 24 hours of placing your order with tracking information. We currently do not ship internationally. We are also very sorry to say, that due to changes within the USPS this year (2007) that we cannot ship to AK, HI or PR at the advertised price. Please email us for a shipping quote.

*Can I send you a check?
-Sorry, no checks, or money orders. They would not arrive in time, and the product may no longer be available. We currently only accept, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, and /or Google / Paypal payments (We are experimenting with Google Checkout a little bit. Any suggestions?). If you prefer not to make your payment online, you can always fax us your payment. You may fax your payment for the BizDeal of the day, to 413-460-8062. The product you order by fax must still be the BizDeal of the day, and still available. If not, your order will be cancelled.

*Do you have an order form that I can fill out and fax in. No, not really. Just type something up on your computer with the following information, and fax it in to us.:

-Cardholders name (as it appears on the card) and credit card Billing address
-Ship to address
-Credit Card #, expiration date, 3 digit security code, and a partridge in a pear tree. ;) Skip the partridge if you want. :)
-The item and quantity wanted to order
-The date (our fax machine will datestamp when we receive your fax also)
-Your phone#
-Your email address if you want a tracking # sent (no .... we will not sell your email address, or contact you through it other than in regards to your order.)

*Hey, can I return my item I purchased from you?
-Yes, BUT email for a RMA#, or your package will be refused and returned to sender.

-If the product comes and looks like it was run over by the delivery truck, point out the damage to the delivery driver/agent. Ask to inspect the package, if after inspection you find the product to be damaged and are not satisfied with your purchase, refuse it right there and then. Do not sign for the package. Then notify us by email that it is being returned due to damage. Once we receive it back and indeed see the damage, we will reship another identical product out to you asap.

-If you want to return it because of an error on our end, for example, we shipped the incorrect product, etc. Notify us by email for a RMA#, and we will take care of the problem at our expense. It will not cost you an additional red cent!

-If you want to return an item because of an error on your part, for example, you ordered the incorrect size, color, or just do not want the darn thing anymore, you may do so, but we cannot be responsible for shipping. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us, and we cannot refund shipping from your inital purchase, as shipping was a service provided. A 15% restocking fee will also be applied.

*I want to purchase more than one of these, can I?
Absolutly, as long as we have them in stock, there is no limit on how many one customer may purchase.

*Hey, I am a dealer, pushing office supplies and furniture. I have a truckload of product, that I want to practically give to you. How should I contact you?
-Email us with ALL the details, and if the deal looks good, we will get back to you.

*Ok, Where's the fine print?:
Well, here you go, although we thought you might like to be able to read it, so here is the normal size print; We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Quantities may be limited due to high demand, and/or low inventory. This offer cannot be combined with another offer, coupon, discount, volume discount, etc. Terms subject to change. Short and sweet! :)
